About Dr. Gabby

Dr. Gabby McHarg is a triangle-based Screen Time Parenting Expert! After completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at UNC Chapel Hill, Gabby headed across the pond to study how toddlers’ screen time impacts their development at The University of Cambridge, where she earned her PhD in Developmental Psychology. After returning to North Carolina, Gabby completed a Postdoctoral contract with Children and Screens: Institute of Digital Media and Child Development. Now working independently, she is passionate about helping families navigate the complex world of digital media and family relationships.
